Except for Progesterone which is one of the few HRT that has a history of making people hornier instead of less libido Anti-Androgens (T-blockers) is where things vary, since some t-blockers reduce the amount of testosterone you have while others just reduce the effectiveness of the current testosterone in your body (edited)

Basically the desired physically effects you get (fat distribution, smooth/soft skin, reduced body hair and facial hair growth, prevent baldness, less muscle mass) no matter what combination you take. And long term if you go with a high enough doages (usually estrogen injections) you can eventually go mono therapy, which means you don't use an anti-androgen anymore. Since if you continue taking high enough estrogen while your estorgen levels are already high and your testosterone levels are already low, the estrogen will natrually act as it's own anti-androgen
